Re: Mandatory speed limits?

I'm sure while messing about with my Tucson colleccted last November there is an option to activate this option, I declined to turn it on. In my humble opinion it is one of the daftest ideas ever thought of. I have been in a couple of insidents in my 55 years of driving that a sudden squirt of power...

Re: Tucson Air-Con/Climate Control

Good isn't it, I also found out today you can switch off the cooled seats via voice control as the buttons are difficult to see when driving.

Re: New Tucson 2024 / 25 YouTube

I registered my Tucson with RAC Motability as a Tucson Ultimate which was accepted, some time later it appeared as a Hyundai NX4, you have also mentioned this, what is it all about please. NX4 is just the Hyundai internal name for the 4th generation of Tucson (accepting that the 2nd gen was markete...

Re: New Tucson 2024 / 25 YouTube

Hi all, attached (hopefully), links to 2x YouTube videos giving full info on the facelifted NX4. All be it the South Korean version (which will no doubt be 'Europeanised' for us). Be prepared for certain upgrades to be excluded like built in dash-cam etc. Nice touch with 'double glazed front glass'...

Re: FARADAY POUCH WARNING

I've read that faraday pouches wear out after time and don't work. Well I bought a faraday pouch 12 months ago when I bought my Tucson and it worked perfectly. I kept testing it frequently. Low and behold yesterday I tested it and it failed, the doors unlocked! So beware and check your faraday pouc...

Re: Turn off passenger seatbelt warning sound.

Thanks for all the replies, re the certificate he did mention it to his GP but they didn't seem to know it existed. I think the answer is to connect it up and sit on it, either that of put a pillow on his stomach to keep it loose. When I started driving you didn't need to use a seat belt let alone h...

Turn off passenger seatbelt warning sound.

Hi all, quick question, I’ve Googled but the answers are a bit confusing. How do you temporally turn off the front passenger warning sound for seatbelt not being used? Tucson 48volt mild hybrid Ultimate 2023. My eldest suffered from Crohn's disease for years and eventually had his bowel removed and ...

Re: Hyundai plans subscription payments for optional extras

As a tight Yorkshireman it would certainly mean I would look for a car manufacturer that didn't do this.

Like Indalo my current contract expires in November 2028 so we shall see.

Re: Twined mobile sound adjustment.

Thanks for all the replies, a badly phrased question on my part. The phone is indeed paired via Bluetooth, it's a Samsung A32 5G and when there is an incoming call announces the caller’s name or number, this is the bit that is very loud. I'll try a few of the suggestions and see if they help. Thanks...
