I'm a subscriber to TomTom via my Renault Van. It asks me to update monthly via SD card into laptop and subsequently back into my van. It's surprising how much is added or tweaked each time. Probably more useful for drivers with varying routes over higher mileage🤷‍♂️

I think they are meant for side extension.
ie when swivelled to the side window, they extend to cover the shortfall to the door pillar.

The only niggle for me is the SatNav software not having a separate regular update.
My 'assumption' is updates include both nav updates & vehicle control updates.
Roads are added & changed more regularly than Hyundai offer software updates.
