Hi
About a week ago I noticed that the blue link app was not recording any trip info (I'm a tour guide so often look back at mileage when submitting invoices) On further investigationsI discovered that Calendar/Weather/Blue Link services when selected showed this meassage "This feature is not available while service is off. Please enable the service in your Bluelink app" But they are "enabled" in the app! I've tried turning them off and back on again same result.

Any thoughts anybody? Thanks in anticipation.

Rob

All sorted now. Tried infontainment reset, no change. Reinstall Bluelink app, no change. But a factory default reset did the trick.

Thank you for sharing your issue.
I have the same message when trying to find "Live charging stations" using the infotainment ” Hyundai Live".
So the solution is to do a factory reset of the car infotainment or the BlueLink app?
Cheers,

António.

The easy fix is usually go to Settings - Blue link - reconfigure.

@ Al94

I did try several times the BlueLink reconfigure and the issue remains.
I just did a full a factory reset of the car infotainment and no luck on it

Where, on BlueLink infotainment or something else?
Would you mind giving us the steps?
Thank you!

1) Set Up 2) General 3) Scroll down to default 4) Select all. Bit of a faff because you then have to do all your settings and reconnect phone but only took me ten minutes.

Could the "bought in France" bit be pertinent?

It's not forced to be an identical service to that offered on UK models...
...has the car been to France recently?

Maybe something's timed-out ... or even, expired?

Thank you for the steps but still didn't work.
I guess I will report it to Hyundai in the coming days.
