From what I can remember from the update I did last year, there is a prompt to either keep the car running or to continue after the ignition is switched off.
I've never tried the latter but I know other members of the Forum have with no problem.

Re: Fuel Filler Flap not sitting flush
Unless their business model has changed, car brokers only provide prices for those cars for which they have dealer contacts. That means that all new cars originate from one supplying dealer or another. Brokers are not in the business of servicing or repairing cars; that is where the dealer network ...

Re: Fuel Filler Flap not sitting flush
I bought my Tucson from a Broker but have it serviced at my local Hyundai dealer. They fixed the filler flap FOC with no quibbles as it's plainly a Warranty issue.

Re: Which Model?
As far as I'm aware, the Tucson only comes with variations of a 1.6 engine. I think the models in USA come with 2 liter engines but if you visit the Hyundai website you will see that you have a choice of 1.6 with or without various hybrid options.

Re: General impression
I'm going to throw my hat in with the Tucson admirers. It's the best looking car around (especially the profile) and it's no more complicated than you want it to be. I particularly like the warnings of movement when reversing out of a parking space, I've come to trust this as it sees potential dange...

Re: Using media while parked on ACC start button position.
I have spent some time in my car waiting for "Management" to appear after shopping, visiting etc. and always leave the ignition on with the car in Park while either listening to the radio or playing music on a USB. It was pointed out in earlier correspondence that the Hybrid Battery needs ...

Re: Speed limit display of 37 mph
Hi Has anybody else come across this? I collected my new Tucson Ultimate Hybrid two weeks ago. I'm getting to like it quite a lot as I iron out niggles (and learn how things work!) One thing I cant fix though is the speed limit display on the sat nav and the drivers display. I live outside of a 30 ...

Re: Tuscon facelift 2024 pics
There are now a number of videos on youtube showing some of the changes arriving in the next year. One such is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GG4AbUwDbog For my part I think that Hyundai are making unnecessary changes and spoiling the whole concept of the original design. The front DRLs look great ...

Re: Hi from new tucson buyer
Hi, After years of having another marque I take delivery of a new Tucson ultimate petrol hybrid 230ps soon. I am in the market for a full size or temporary spare wheel kit. Can anyone confirm if a full size wil fit? Many thanks If you have the Hybrid version, I'm not sure you will be able to get a ...

Re: E5 or E10 Fuel
I have some figures from the latest trip. (It is of course, quite difficult to completely empty the tank of one fuel type and replace it with another. I filled up with Total E5 near Bridgwater and drove 47 miles home. (This segment only recorded 34mpg ). The following morning I topped up again with...
