Please can I ask when they did this? I’m wondering is it because I bought my car via Autoebid - so Hutchings are not the supplying dealer. I have also emailed Hyundai customer care for their views on charging customer for what appears common fault with Tucson - waiting on their response ….

Yes, I rang Hutchings Pontypridd this morning to book in for 1st service. I’ll try Wessex in Cardiff - see if i get better service from them

Thank you for info on fuel filler flap, was taken back when lady mentioned there is change as is classed as body work issue. Will try another local Hyundai dealer - although not sure if franchise own most garages in south wales area

Hi, just booked my car in for its first service - and mentioned the fuel flap not sitting flush. My local dealer want to charge £34 to adjust the fuel flap as Hyundai don’t recognise the problem. even though it appears to be common fault. Anyone else been charged by dealer to fix this issue? Thank you

Been quoted 8-9 months to order new Tucson Hybrid, same for most models in range - from several dealerships. Anyone been quoted this but actually delivery as been sooner (not a deal pre order) thank you.
