It's a accessible from underneath only and it's a tad awkward unless well jacked up or on a ramp.
Budget dependant on whether to buy new from dealer (expensive), car factor (ie LKQ - Midrange), or ebay / breakers yard (cheapest).

Going back to my 2008 Santa fe, I fitted an aftermarket head unit and, as you mentioned took the reverse feed from the reversing light. It worked perfectly.
