Connected Services not working

Had an issue where the SatNav and my Bluelink App would not connect to live services. A bit of Googling and I discovered that there is a reset button on the Infotainment screen situated to the left of the radio button. You hold this in for 15 seconds with a pen and then the system reconnects.
