Fault on 2015 Tucsan Front Door

I have a 2015 Tucsan and the front door does not unlock cleanly, I have to pull the handle 3 or 4 times before it opens, also if you bang the bodywork directly under the handle it sometimes works, has anyone had a problem like this? and is there a remedy? I hope someone can help.

Sorry, can't help with your particular problem, its' very hard to make a diagnosis from afar.
If you feel capable, I'd be inclined to remove the door card and find the problem yourself. It's a lot of years since I've done this, but it wasn't hard. If you do attempt it, you may find a set of trim removal tools beneficial - they can be had from Amazon for a decent price.
Failing that, try a local independent garage, a Hyundai specialist if you have one near you.
