Indalo 1 Agree, we had 11 years of no problems with our 4 Sporty's and reluctant to change, but often it' the back up service that defines a dealership.
To find Yeomans stepping up and sorting this out, was the best way to restore the gloss on our new car.

And Whoo Hoo the second Scheduled Charge went without a hitch from 00.30.
Now looking forward to catching up on my beauty sleep - and as madame says, that'll take eons!! :)

All seems to be well now with the charging actually taking place at the prescribed time and the recommendation about ‘Yeoman’s is there for anyone who might encounter the same problem.

Onwards and upwards hopefully from now on! ‘KevinBattle’!

Well we have a QUBEV 7kWh dumb charger.
Your Tapo P110M is a 13 amp mains socket kit.
Did you read the blurb? https://www.tapo.com/uk/product/smart-plug/tapo-p110m/
QUOTE: For indoor use only - Output: 13A Max
EV charging is not supported since it typically requires higher power, and its charging current exceeds the rated current of the plug.UNQUOTE

So it'd take up most of the 5 hours Off Peak simply to charge our PHEV, leaving little time to charge up our storage batteries.

Hi @trolleybobcat: As you read, I've got Hyundais UK Executive Team to help liaise between my dealer and Bluelink Support.
I've dropped mine in today so they can check it through between them.

I checked the Bluelink app after I left and it showed that the Set Scheduled Charging time had "unset" to 00.00.

A little later i checked and I see they have it plugged in for Off Peak Only charging.
I also noticed that the Range was displaying in MILES, and it has shown that occasionally in the past, so I wonder if, when it's plugged in somehow it shows miles and when unplugged it shows km.
Or they have fixed that glitch.....

I've not experienced the alarm notification you mention.
Ask your dealer to contact Yeomans Hyundai in Bexhill (Scott Mustin or David Fletcher) as they are working to resolve my issues which sound close to those you are having.
If they fix mine, they can then share that info with your dealer, and hopefully cure both :)
Only just noticed your reply Kevin.
The TAPO P110M is only suitable for Mains to Type 2, so slow charging. I have my charge cable set to run at 10A, as such it falls happily within the 13A max guide.
The PHEV will charge to full in 5hrs this way which I do every Sunday afternoon during half-price electricity pricing.
Been doing this now for a year, no issues, no heat in the TAPO P110M and all costs stored on the TAPO App.

Beards: That's fine, I just needed to highlight the difference between my charging via 7kWh dedicated charger and using a 3 pin plug.
It's obviously worked fr you at 10 amps without a hitch, just concerned that someone reading about it may not have as secure a wiring set up as you.

Interesting your Off Peak is Sunday afternoon, and if you only charge to Full once a week your mileage must be within 35 miles or using petrol for anything longer.

Yes Kevin, it’s a second vehicle used for local driving. When electric power drops I take it out of EV mode and use Sport. This seems to charge the battery quite good as well. Come the weekend I then top the battery back to max.
