Lane Assist
Afraid not. Can only be disabled in the way you described, or by a long press of the steering wheel button on the steering wheel. Apparently a safety feature. Safer with it off IMHO!

Mine is similar:
Sit in car
Seat belt - to stop the annoying bonging noise!
Turn on the car
Push the auto hold button
Hold the lane keep button
Engage gear and drive off
23 Tucson 230 HEV
Mine is different.
Sit in car.
Start the engine
See how few bongs I can get away with before putting seat belt on (record is 2).
Car in reverse and out of the drive.
In forward and off I go.
Get to the bottom of my road and the map should be visible.
Turn on my USB stick to start listening to my plays.
