Hi All,
I just joined the forum as I placed an order for the new facelift version N Line S in Ultimate Red. Order was placed on 2 May and the order form which I received from the dealer has an 8 digit order number. However when I try to track the order it says the order number needs to be 10 digit or more. I have reached out to the dealer to clarify but wanted to check if I am missing anything.

My order number is 8 digits also. Let me know if you get any info from the dealer please.

I reached out to my dealer and he shared the 10 digit order number which the system is not recognizing even. Looks like the order tacking site is in Beta stage so not up-to-date yet and might not be able to recognize your order.

Just got a call from the dealer, my car is at the Tilbury port and hopefully will reach by the end of the month. Excited but also mixed feelings to let go of the current 2yr. old Sportage, just paid the tax and insurance earlier this month.
