The only element I see about GEN5 outside of ccNC is the below about speed limits. I will reserve judgement until the update is applied but sounds like it will be applying another step that people may want/wish to disable each time the vehicle goes into motion.

Copied from the notes:

It is now easier to set or change the audible speed limit warnings
- You can now disable speed limit warnings whenever you want
- To easily disable speed limit audible warnings, press and hold the mute button on the steering wheel. This changes the setting to [Speed limit information], which does
not provide audible warnings
- If the current setting is [Speed limit assist] or [Speed limit warning], press and hold the mute button on the steering wheel to change it to [Speed limit information].
If the current setting is [Speed limit information] or [Off], it will change to [Speed limit assist]. You can also change these settings by going to: [Settings] > [Vehicle] >
[Driver Assistance] > [Speed limit]
- Please note: At every vehicle start-up, the setting will default to [Speed limit warning], which provides an audible warning

I don't think I'll bother. My speed limit audible is permanently off at the moment. I don't wish to have to press a button each time I get in the car.

I own a 2022 Ultimate Hybrid with Tech Pack - in Red (best colour).
Also have two motorcycles. Honda CB1300 and Honda CBF1000 (also red, of course).

Would I be correct in thinking that if you do not install the latest update, you will still get what it contains when/if you install the next update ?

Yes, I would guess so. Eventually I will have to update.

I've not tested it properly as I did the update but haven't driven it yet. It defaulted immediately to a warning but I turned it back to just a visual(speed sign on dashboard), turned the car off and back on and it didn't change it back. I will be driving properly later and the car will be off for much longer. Maybe more time is needed between power off and power back on rather than just power off/door open/power back on(for what I did).

After checking. It didn't require driving as such. If you go to setup, general, system info, what's new and look what it changed then for me it didn't change anything.

Those screens do not match the actual screens that were always there. Did a soft reset and also still haven't changed. The screens expecting to be changed were setup vehicle, driver assistance and speed limit assist. They've not changed.

For my NX4 that was a waste of time updating it but you don't know what else might have been in the update either. Some minor bug fixes etc.
