Postcode satnav

I presume this may have been covered but the sat nav doesn’t seem to like post codes? Only words of places? Just purchased it this week. Tia

Welcome to the forum, ‘Bigarch’.

You are probably correct although I have never tried to use the voice facility to input a postcode. I usually speak the destination and I have found the voice system much improved over previous versions. In any event, it’s hardly an onerous task to key-in the few digits of a postcode.

If you type in the postcode and press [OK] (or whatever the screen button is - I'm not near my car), it WILL find the postcode.

I've never tried it using voice navigation.

If you tell voice command a post code it will ask for a POI and something else (not currently in the car). When it does, speak the address you want and off you go.
