Hi all!

Am I going crazy.. I’ve woken up to the drivers side and driver side passenger floors soaking, frozen wet. Not what I need.

Can’t see any leak from doors and this much water cannot be from condensation dripping ..

I’ve opened the sunroof and checked both sides (driver and passenger) there’s a lot more water residue on the drivers side but for the life of me, I cannot see any drain holes and it’s driving me INSANE.

I’ve seen references to them being under that other bit of glass between the sunroof and the windscreen but that’s not accessible..

Has anyone found the location?

Because I’d love to clear the blockage and save myself £££ before it gets out of hand.. I’m wondering whether this is the cause of my rear seat warmers not working anymore ..

Thanks all!
Terry

TerryL, sorry for the boring answer, but I would be hammering down the door of your local dealer. It's still under warranty (2021/22 i believe you said). Rear outer seat warmers not working is a warranty issue, as is a front footwell swimming pool.
Good luck.

I agree. Warranty work all day long.

Have you checked the drainage channels at the base of the windscreen ( below the wipers ) to make sure they're clear of debris and/ or free from water ?
Have you checked around your windscreen ( and the seal / bonding ) for damage ?

Oh is that where they are then?!
Countless videos showing people opening up their sun roofs and the drainage channels are up there..

My seals look pretty good on the sunroof from what I can see.. although.. I was slightly confused the drivers footwell ‘wasn’t’ soaking wet but underneath the seat was.

I’m going to get them to check the seals of the drivers side passenger door as there was some water residue when opening the door at the base. There was none on all the remaining doors.

Thanks for the info! Appreciate it.
