Just leave a door open and the boot lid up for about an hour.
Have people actually experienced that I would have instinctively expected the battery to last a lot longer than an hour...
...I can't wait to see how long you get, with Parking Lights on.
UPDATED: The answer is 2½ hours.

Kinda. When I first got the car I vacuumed it out weekly and left the doors and hatch open at varying intervals. When I then got in a reset would have occurred. But, it didn't always do it and i couldnt give you any indication of anything different i was doing or what timing difference there was. Since then and hitting the manual for inspiration, I always press the ignition on to keep the battery charged whilst I clean the inside. It's never reset again since doing this whilst cleaning.
Quite a few variables in play and obviously had a few random resets when not cleaning. Temperature seems to have some influence for sure. However, it's not happening that often so it's a compromise I'm willing to accept, for now at least.
my Tuscon ultimate 2023 does the same, also the layout of the digital speedo alters back to a car.
Will try the update.
Other than that I am well pleased with the car.

Don't expect the update to fix this Rick as it certainly won't.
I have got the same problem. it happens regularly. The irony is that one day I collected the car after a service and the car has reset itself to metric (kilometers). I called one of the technicians over who was equally puzzled. Not that he offered any explanation!

My resets have never done that. Perhaps when it went for service they reset something inadvertently!!
I took this up with Hyundai only to be told that they would need the dealer to raise a case number with them in order to investigate.
I have recently driven down to the Algarve and found no reset for the first 2 weeks despite several instances of opening and closing doors, tailgate etc.
Cured? No, it's now happened twice in the last week.
I think the charge made in the 800 mile trip down was enough to keep it going for a while. Now it's gone and I'm back to normal.
I’ve just come back from the Garage with the same problem. They’ve checked everything and can’t find a problem but I’m taking the car back in September 23 and they are going to keep it for 3 days. They did say they had spoken to Hyundai so maybe at last they realise there is an issue that needs an updated. We shall see
Hi, My 2023 Tucson N-Line Hybrid has been in the dealers for a week now with this same ongoing issue. They have found that something is draining the 12v battery but can't eliminate what the cause is.
Has anyone yet had a solution/feedback from Hyundai to this resetting problem that I can then forward to my dealer.
Thanks in anticipation. Paul
