New 2025 Tucson HEV.Battery dead several times during first week of ownership. Mechanical key and reset button used successfully. ****Noted that B30 ADAS PRK 99910-P0400 unit located under the floor of the cargo area has a visible fan on top of the unit that runs continuously, 24/7, have verified at all hours without fob or digital key near me with flashlight through window. This can’t be normal, and must be significant drain over xx period. Waiting on dealer.

Anyone else note or troubleshoot this fan m/ unit?

The New Tucson Hybrid seems to have come with a new set of issues  ...

I don't recognise your description of the unit at all, but I found a Part # match for: 99910P0400, which describes it as the "UNIT ASSY-ADAS PARKING ECU" (With a price tag of $14469, which seems a tad expensive ;) ).

I'm not entirely sure what it is - "Parking ECU" seems to indicate one thing, but "ADAS" is described as :-
Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) uses automated sensing technology with radars, sensors and cameras to detect obstacles on the road & respond with countermeasures for impact avoidance.
If it's all still operating, when the car is locked up and asleep, the 12V battery is not going to last very long at all.

Yup, pretty sure that fan would drain the battery quick…..I’ve spoken to another local owner who also confirmed his fan always running……I should have it at the dealer tomorrow.

When you get a minute, can you take a snapshot of this unit's location in the car...

I will get that pic when I can, but completely lifting the cargo floor, it sits behind the driver side rear seat. You can’t miss it!

OK, I'll have a look-see (I have a full-size spare wheel to contend with, or I'd have looked earlier).

Speedbump doesn't state whether he's in the UK or elsewhere but his terminology seems a little different to ours.
The batteries in a UK HEV are under the squab of the rear seats, so not in the cargo area, which we call the boot.

I’m in Canada, the unit I’m describing is not the battery, but a driver assist parking module- 2025 Tucson HEV

Without meaning to be unkind, ’Speedbump’, there are some/several differences between those Tucson models sold in North America and their ‘equivalent’ cousins available in the European market.

I would suggest that you are more likely to attract informed responses in the Hyundai forums relating to the American market.
