Stick it in sport mode for a bit as that seems to bring it up more than eco mode.

Your car appears to have only done 45miles so you need to drive it a bit more. I've never seen 100% in ECO mode and more typically its circa 80%. In Sport mode you can get it to 100% or at least very close.

The highest mine has ever gone is 65/70% in eco mode. I very rarely put it in sports, if I do its only for a minute

Yep, 45 miles!! It's these early days where I start to notice everything!

Also for the first couple of hundred miles the battery management is more conservative, not discharging much below 50% without starting the engine. And not charging up much above 3/4.

Normally between 25% & 75%, if you want it higher just put it into sport mode
