I have a new Jan 30th 2023 Tucson N-Line S HEV and settings and aircon reset almost every morning. Hyundai updated the software last week and cannot find problem but still happening. Book in for two days end of May for them to try to solve.

You'll be wasting your time taking it to a dealer. There is no fix, certainly not via a sotware update. My dealer swapped over the interior fuse board on the advice of Hyundai Technical, which I'm sure they knew was clutching at straws, as did I and it made not an iota of difference.
The problem lies with the small capacity of the 12V battery that feeds and runs the electrics in the car. Explained simply, when that battery gets down to a certain level of charge, it cuts power to certain items (as you're discovering), so it can conserve enough charge for you to open the car and start it.
When and what gets switched off depends on how much charge is in the battery when you park the car. Whilst the car is parked it's still using power (think alarm) and if you go to the car whilst it's parked and open doors etc e.g. use anything that drains power, that will hasten the discharge of the battery..
Likewise if you use the car for short journeys e.g. the school run. Whilst it doesn't take much to recharge the battery, short runs probably won't be enough to fully charge it.
In reality, having to do a couple of resets on the dash takes seconds and soon becomes second nature.
It would seem that lower end users are more afflicted with the phenomena than regular users. I've found that I'm doing less resets since we sold our second car, meaning that this one gets used more often.

Like many on this Forum, I've had the same experience. You won't necessarily get rid of the problem, but there are things you can do to minimise it.
When (and if) you wash your car, leave the ignition on as the battery needs time (about 30 minutes each week) to charge. Also try not to leave doors open while the car is stationary as this depletes the battery.
A short run each week will also help keep the battery charged.
I have been following this and my car hasn't reset for several months (apart from leaving it in an airport car park for 10 days recently).
As OM says, Hyundai have yet to come up with a solution, but if you find one, please post it on this Forum as many of us would like to know!

I've only had this once in the 7 months of owning, and that was in the first week. Mines been great since but I do use it everyday. What is new for me, and I'm assuming it's related, is that if I sit in the car after stopping on the driveway and don't turn it off I'm now getting a warning message in red on the infotainment system of depleting the battery. I will try to capture a picture of this if I can. Has anyone else had this as I don't think I have read that on here???

Yes once or twice. It's not an uncommon occurence on modern cars and is not limited to our Tucsons or electrically driven vehicles.
I used to get it quite often on a previous Kodiaq that had an AGM battery. I could be wrong, but I think stop/start plays a part here, as the battery needs to retain enough charge for that to work.

Having had the settings reset numerous times in over a year of motoring I still find it weird at times.
Left my car at the airport parking for 7 days, started the car and all the setting were retained and I thought that was unusual. Drove 8 miles to a fuel station and when I started the car again it had lost the settings.

It doesn't just 'forget' settings, it mixes them up too.

I setup a User Profile using the 'Cube theme', 'cos I like a digital speedo. I also have the tacho displayed. My 'other half' has no interest in such things and is quite happy with everything set to default. Despite me always returning the car to her Profile when I get out of the car, she still finds that on occasion she has my settings in her Profile :( (My Profile has a password, to stop it being accidentally selected).

It doesn't feel like a battery problem to me ... 45 years commercial software experience points me elsewhere ;)

I've not yet summoned up the enthusiasm to try and engage Hyundai about these issues - past experiences when trying to report such issues as a mere 'consumer', don't bode well

I have this issue and mentioned to my dealer at first service who claimed to never have heard of it! My experience definitely ties in with it being a battery issue, has anyone tried turning off Bluelink? Wondering if that’s a drain on battery life??

I made a stab at reproducing it: see this thread, but no joy yet. (My current - but unproven theory - is that 'something' makes the Battery Saver drop-out - but then it recovers enough to let it reconnect (with the only symptom being with those systems that can't cope with unexpected power-cuts)).

My tests to date, have all involved having the 'ignition' on (to add a load), but that is not representative of the conditions when the fault occurs. I'm thinking an external load, or even just the parking lights, might be a better way to invoke it...

Just leave a door open and the boot lid up for about an hour.

I used to own a 2022 Ultimate Hybrid with Tech Pack - in Red (best colour).
I now own a 2025 Ultimate Hybrid - also in Red.
Also have two motorcycles. Honda CB1300 and Honda CBF1000 (also red, of course).
