Loose Driver Seat

Hi all SparkyMarc, bought a new Tucson Ultimate that I have had a year. Generally please with though having to confirm I will drive nicely every time I get in is irritating! One concern, sometimes while in the driver's seat if I go round a bend sharply or lean over the passenger seat there seems to be loose piece in the back of the seat it seems to move a little. Has anyone had same or should I diet...
