Voice assistant

Today I asked my voice assistant something, it was a reasonable question, and I hadn’t lost my temper with her like usual, but after asking the question my navigation display went blank and reset. When it came back on I was unable to use any of the touch buttons under the display, and there were no more voice instructions from the sat nav, also the radio would not work. When adjusting the volume on the wheel it seemed to be adjusting voice assistant volume only, like it was stuck in that mode, but of course voice assistant was not working any more.

It sorted itself after leaving the car off for an hour, maybe a one off glitch, but just wondered if anyone else has seen this problem?

this happened to me andOn my car there is a reset button on the left hand side , press this in and it will go blank and reset itself.
does your blue link work?

Thanks Jools I was hoping there was a reset button somewhere, I will remember that if it happens again.
