How many buttons on the keyfob (2025 Ultimate)

As the title says, I am about to get a new Ultimate. I know the keyfob has changed from my 2022 model but how many buttons does it have? The reason is that I have a keyfob cover on mine and I want one on the new one (from Aliexpress)

I didn't order the optional extra which does the forward and backward parking - I have never ever used it on my existing one.

I believe there are two types, a five button and seven button version.

The five button version has four on the front and one on the side for the tailgate. The seven button has four on the front and three on the side, one for the tailgate and two for forward and reverse parking.

My MY25 N-Line key fob is the five button version.

Probably best to wait till you get the car to see which type of key is provided.

Hi Alan sh, Did you PX your 2022 Ultimate Hybrid with Tech Pack in for your 2025 Model ?
If so did the fact that it had the Tech Pack make any difference to the trade in price ?

I don't think it made any difference. But I don't really know. I was just offered a price - which I accepted.

Alan thank you for that, I did an online price check and no mention of Tech Pack when filling in details

The 2025 models (facelift?) doesn't have a tech pack any more it's all (apart from the remote parking) included in the standard Ultimate.

My key for the 2025 (74) reg ultimate has 6 working buttons. 3 on the front and 3 on the side. There is a blank on the front which would allow for a forth button. See photos. Hope this helps

Bit strange. My new 25 N Line S only has 4 buttons on front (only 2 active) and one on the side. So just lock, unlock and tailgate.
